iPhone 4 music/videos keeps disappearing..

Strange problem thats been happening for the past week, the music and videos on my iPhone keep disappearing yet the memory for them is still used up but no music and videos can be seen on the phone?

Ive restored it twice and it keeps happening, anyone know what this can be and how to solve?
