iphone 4, New Folders for organizing pics?

Hi, first iphone, a bit confused with the way it arranges pictures, either downloaded or taken with the camera they all go into the camera roll.

I have added a folder from my computer through itunes for some wallpapers appropriatly named wallpapers.

I need to move downloaded pics from the camera roll to my wallpaper album, how do I do this, I would also like to make new folders within my photo album is this possible?

The only way to do that is from your computer. You will need to get the pictures off the camera roll, arrange them in fields how you want them, and then sync those folders to the iPhone. If you are on a Mac using iPhoto would be your easiest way to organize.
