iPhone 4 no backlight

I just put a new LCD/digitizer combo in my iPhone 4. I got it all back together and there is no backlight now.

Earlier today I was using it with the broken screen, then all of a sudden it went black.

I double checked the connectors and everything seems fine.

I just did a hard reset and the Apple logo was normal, and then the backlight cut back out. Could it be software?
