iphone 4 - no imei, wifi add, bluetooth and modem firmware

i have iphone 4 ios 7.1.1.. there is no imei wifiaddress bluetooth and modem firmware... itunes say "There is a problem with your iphone" every time i restore the ios.. need help:apple:
