[iPhone 4] No internet after upgrade to 4.01

I upgraded to 4.01 last night and noticed that I can't use the internet anymore on 3G or GPRS. Wifi works fine.

All settings are still correct as they were before the upgrade.

Anybody else with this problem or a possible fix?
