iPhone 4 no longer making sounds by itself?

Here's an odd one. 4.3.1 JBed iPhone 4 that no longer makes any noises by itself (it will when I go to change the ringtone). That included TXT messages, streaming radio, ipod, games etc. It will make the sounds when I plug in my headphones. I know the built-in speakers work as it plays my ringtones just fine when I go to change to another one. When I press the + or - it says "Ringer (Headphones)". I assume it's stuck on that mode...I just can't get it off that. Any help?

Reset all settings? Restore? This isn't your case, but when the phone only plays out the headphones it's because the jack is dirty and the phone always thinks headphones are plugged in. In that case you'd just clean the headphone jack.
