Iphone 4 NO SIM INSTALLED

Hi all

I am new to the forum and have searched everywhere before posting this thread.

My IPHONE 4 says no sim card installed. I have reset it to factory settings, cleaned the sim card and tried the sim card in another phone.

I took the phone back to carphone warehouse and because it is 13 months old they want to charge me £170 plus for the repair.

My question is has anyone else had this problem so as many reply s as possible would be great.

I have read that this is an inherent fault so before I take any further action it would be good to hear from others.

I will keep you updated as i try to resolve the issue

try another sim card if you have, see if that helps.. If not, take it to an Apple store near you and let a genius look at it there

No SIM CARD

Took it to the carphone warehouse tried a new sim and its the phone at fault
