iPhone 4 No Wifi

Repairing an iPhone 4 that got wet. I fixed the phone and it works fine, but the Wifi is greyed out. I've read the problem is in the board. Would reflowing the connection using a heat gun fix this or is the problem deeper than that? Thanks in advance!
