Hey Guys,

Another kind of silly question, but if anyone would know, it would be the MacRumor Members :)

I have a iMac and when I plug on a iPod or Memory Key, on the Desktop below the Mac Hard Drive Icon, the item I plugged in (iPod or Memory Key, etc.) always comes up as a Icon along with the name of the item.

Is there a reason when I plug in my iPhone 4, it does not come up as an Icon on my desktop ?

I enjoy having the icons because it is very quick and simple way to add, remove, or view things on that item.

Possibly I don't have something turned on ???

Once again, Sorry for the silly Question...

Thanks for Reading,

iTunes is the only way to manage the data on your iPhone 4; it will not show up on your desktop.
