I've Handbraked a few DVDs with both the original audio and the commentary tracks.
They work corrdctly in iTunes but my iPhone 4 is only imported these movies with one audio track - whichever happened to be active last in iTunes.
I had movies that worked properly on the iPhone, but after renaming the commentary track in Subler, they are now the same as the rest.
Does anybody know how to get them working again?
