iPhone 4 not properly restoring because of IOS 5

So today i tried to update to ios 5 everything worked fine untill the upadte bar stopped moving somehwere around half way. Now my phone wont update to ios 5, which pisses me off becase i pay 100 per year for the developers thing and it wont even let me put the beta on my iphone 4
