iPhone 4 not showing up in itunes

My iPhone 4 running ios 4.2.1 is not showing up in iTunes 10.1 when I plug it in, and I am operating on 10.6.5. When I open iPhoto it does show up and I am able to sync photos, so it seems that it's just iTunes which does no find my iPhone.


Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any fixes?

Have you tried using another USB cord, USB port or another computer?
