So today I dropped my iPhone 4, and I couldn't turn it on after so I plugged it in as if it were charging and it turned on and everything appeared as if it were all right but when I unplugged it it turned back off, and the only time it can be on is when it is plugged in. I also noticed that when it is charging / plugged in it stays at 19 percent but appears as if it is charging but it really isnt going anywhere. Can anyone help me with what to do? Thanks

This happened to a friend of mine. In her case, the battery was knocked out of alignment. She was still under warranty but in that particular instance it was as easy as unscrewing the bottom two screws, sliding off the back and adjusting the battery cable.
