iPhone 4 notable to be connected to iTunes

I have 2 iPhone 4, both with iOS 7.0.3, also iTunes 11.1.3.8.
Both iPhones works great, but only with one of them I'm not able to connect to iTunes , always I got the "ïTunes has stopped working" message and it closes. But the other iPhone works perfectly with iTunes. Please, somebody can help. Thanks
