iphone 4.o installed and no service

Hi.
I am in trouble.
Stupidly, I thought iphone os 4.o beta was beta version for everyone to try.
I received my new phone today and wanted to install the newest firmware, so installe iphone os 4.0.
The phone is locked.
What shall i do?
I am panicked and do not know what to do.
My phone is on vodafone and not jailbroken or anything illegal is done to it.
Will I be able to get help from you? and will applecare reinstall 3.l.3 to my phone?
Help me, please.

This is the message on itune.
"We are unable to complete your activation.
This device is not registered as part of iphone developer programme.
If you are a member of the programme, please register your device in the iphone developer programme portal."
I remember i registered the programme some time ago.
Please, help me.

According to my knowledge, it looks like you are out of luck. You can either pay $99 to become a developer or wait until 4.0 is released to the public.
