iPhone 4 O/S speed question

I'm running OS 4.1 and many times I get choppy animations. For example most times when I open a folder the animation is jerky. Sometimes when opening an app this happens as well.

I don't feel like the phone acts slow overall but was wondering if anyone else notices this with their iPhone 4.

Have u tried to restart the phone?

Yes I have restated the phone. These choppy animations don't happen every time (almost opening folders) but happen enough to notice the jerkiness.

I also set the phone up as a new iPhone and still am seeing the same things.

I've noticed it at times. I think Apple will smooth it out over the next few updates.
