bit of a weird one this. managed to get the new iphone today and have activated it through itunes and the new microsim is installed. however, o2 have told me i need to swap the sim over to get it working but as far as i can tell it's working already - i've had text messages come through etc. my old phone was immediately out of service literally 2 minutes after i got out of the shop? Do i still need to do the microsim swap on o2's website or does it seem like it's already been done? don't want to put all the details and confuse the system and end up with a dead sim for 24 hours needlessly!
