iphone 4 on 4.1, can i upgrade to 4.3?

Hello, I currently have an iphone 4 on ios 4.1 with baseband 2.10.
Is there a way to upgrade to 4.2 or 4.3 because I know itunes only allow you to upgrade to ios5. I want to upgrade to 4.3 because I need to be able to unlock my phone. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

1.59 is the only unlockable baseband. So you are already out of luck there. You also can't update to anything but 5.0.1 unless you have shsh blobs. You can however still unlock using the gevey sim. 5.0 and above kills that btw.
