iphone 4 on 4.1 with 2.10. baseband, whats my unlock option?

Hi, I have an iphone 4 that is currently on ios 4.1 with baseband 2.10.
It is not jailbroken... and I want to know what are my unlocking options?
I read about the chevey chip and was wondering will that work? and will i have to jailbreak to have it working?
