iPhone 4 on Cincinnati Bell. Facetime waiting for activation??

Hey I have my iphone 4 unlocked and am using Cincinnati Bell on it. I cant seem to get facetime to work and when I go into settting and then to "Phone" facetime says its "waiting for activation". If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

if it's not an officially unlocked device, then this is one of many issues with the jailbreak process that are known. there is also an issue with iBooks functioning properly.

Unlocked iPhone Cincinnati bell

With Cincinnati Bell using an unlocked iPhone does the app store work and the phone and email and texting? If I don't have a smart phone plan will we have to get one for those to work?
