Iphone 4 only a coulple wifi networks show up

I just bought a used iphone 4. On my other iphone 4 about 10-15 wifi networks show up in the list. But on this new one only between 1-3 will. And my home network won't show up. Searched quick but couldn't find anything like this. Anybody know what we can do?

Try a DFU restore and see if that clears things up.
