I am going to enter the world of smart phones . I currently have a nokia 6350 flip phone . Good basic phone just no bells or whistles . I have an Apple desktop imac with leopard os . I would love to have a phone that has my itunes music on it and photos . I do not need anything too complicated . What do you folks suggest . We travel a bit and I send text messages when we do just wondering how the virtual keyboard is or should i get a phone with a slide out board . That would mean no Itunes or syncing with my imac any help appreciated . I can get the iphone4s for $159.00 on a 3 year term . The iphone 4 is only $99.00 on the same term

For those prices, I would go with the 4S. If you plan on having the phone for the full 3 years, it'll be worth the extra difference in price during year 3.

As Apple updates the operating systems, some of the older phones either get phased out completely or get crippled (battery life for instance) when the older phones try to run the newer software.

Is the 4 a 16GB or only an 8GB. I know here they're doing the 4 as an 8GB now for the $99... For only $60 more I'd go with the 4S. Much faster processor and double the GB if its the same as here!!!

For me, 4 to 4S was only a small upgrade. Speed difference is slightly noticeable but i4 already does everything fast enough. Battery life is worse. Camera is better but i4 camera is already superb. Siri will be ported for iPhone 4. If you only have upgrades every 18 months, I would buy an i4 off craigslist for ~$280 and use your contract for next year's phone.

well I just went back to the bell canada web site and the prices have changed . here is the new info

4s 16 gb 159.95
32 GB 269.95
64 GB 369.95

4 8 GB 49.95
16 GB 49.95
32 Gb 199.95

now what should i do
