iphone 4 out of warranty replacment ?

is there any possibility they would notice the docking station was replaced on the iphone ?

the lock button is also slightly broke and copper tape was used inside as a connection to help but its failing.

will apple still offer me out of warranty replace and how much ?

i am hoping they dont notice docking station and offer out of warranty replacement for the lock button which is jammed down a little
