iphone 4 photo album "places"

Got my new i4 a few hours ago. It's perfect except for the reception thing......
One thing I noticed is that when I use my photo album "places", the pins are there but the map never loads. Everything else works fine. The map app brings the map right up and GPS locks in very fast.
How about anyone else....

just managed to fix it. i went in to location services in settings and turned it on and off and then turned it on and off specifically for the camera app. went to photos and then it worked! i think it has something to do with the app thinking it doesn't have permission to use gps
