iphone 4 photo gps tagging?

I took some photos on my phone last night, published them to mobileme, then got home, opened iphoto, synced with that album and got those phone pics onto my mac.

When I check the pics, there's no GPS location info on the them. I confirmed that location services is turned on for the camera. Any ideas what's going on, am I forgetting to do something?

Ok, looks like MM is scrubbing the data or something. I connected the phone direct to the computer and added the pic into iphoto, and I see it has GPS data now. Meh.
