iPhone 4 Photo Rotating

When I take photos on my iPhone 4 and email them to a PC, they are rotated. When I email them to a Mac, they don't show up rotated in the finder, and other mac applications but if I try to upload them to the web, they are.

Is anyone else seeing this?
