iPhone 4 Photos - Good for print?

Ive made a few books through iPhoto and Apature and will make more in the future.

The quality of the iPhone 4 seem very good as a point and shoot. Are there any results of the print quality of them?

In the past ive always used a mix of photos but mostly from a sony camera cant remember the model now...

Basicly will the photos be good enough for full size print?

If you mean 8 by 4, then yes. The photos are on average about 1.5mb each on my computer, surprisingly large I thought. They're good quality and I was able to print out some good shots.

I know this does not exactly answer your question, but I have 5x7's from my 3GS with good results. It's medium to high light situations but I like having a print, at least one.
