Does anyone else find the photo-enhanced "glare" on Apple's promo pictures of the iPhone 4 ugly and annoying? Just sayin'.
 
as far a marketing goes, it must be working for them seeing how others like to mimic this technique, although it does seem liked their adding more glare just for the hell of it.

Those aren't even real pictures. For displays and promotional pictures, they're all just Photoshopped...but tbh i don't really mind the glare.

Every company does that now, it's really getting out of control. Go look at the PR photos for the new XBOX 360 redesign, it's way over the top glossy to the point where it doesn't even come close to resembling the real design.

The More Glare it has the Cooler it must be.

Because of the glare, my mom thought the black iPhone was half black and half white.
Not kidding.
 
I wanna know who's holding up that black table in front of the phone to get that straight edge reflection :eek:
