iPhone 4 power button replacement. motherboard issue?

Hey guys this is my first post here. Quick question.
So I replaced the power button on an iPhone 4 ATT and I can not get the motherboard to fit in. I thought maybe the front camera wasn't in all the way or the ear speaker wasn't pushed down all the way... but I took it apart a few times and even put another brand new power button flex on the phone and still couldn't fit the mother board in.

It won't fit all corners in correctly and I feel like the top of it where the grounding clip is- isn't going in.

Like I can get the camera and bottom of motherboard in the the top right corner by the front camera and the top of mother board won't stay. Spent three hours trying different things to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?

just follow the youtube tutorial or ifixit .. and make sure you bought a iphone 4 power button flex not iphone 4s

where did you buy the flex cable ribbon? I think the seller post you a wrong product.
