iPhone 4 Preorder time and AT&T Set-up

What time will you be able to pre-order the iPhone 4 on June 15th?

When you pre-order it, if your having it shipped to you house, how does the AT&T and activation process work? When you buy it, what info will you have to give about your AT&T account, etc.
Can you activate it on your own?

2. You just connect it to iTunes and it will activate.

The process would be the same as the iPhone 3GS. Your new iPhone is shipped to you already activated. All you have to do is set it up in iTunes.
