Sometimes, my iPhone4 just shuts down, then it won't open until the next day. I tried pressing the lock and home button but still it didn't open. Why is this happening? It happened to my phone 3 times already

Have you tried to restore the phone? Do you have Apple Store near you? If you do, bring it there for check up.
