iPhone 4 problems

Last night my phone dropped in wet grass and now having issues with it. One is the home button doesn't work, the other is that it keeps saying, "this accessory is not optimized for this iphone" and keeps turning on voice control. Has anyone here had this problem and how did you fix it?.

put it in a bowl of rice, and leave it for a week to dry out.. Only way..

I rested the phone and it's in recovery mode and I can't get it out of it, I've restore it then after it's done and rests the phone it goes right back into a screen with the usb to itunes.

turn it off
after 5minits
use hot air
to drain the water inside then clean with a tinner...
