iPhone 4 - protect screen and body?

So, I have ordered the iphone 4, and I am new to iPhone, but I have grasped that you need to put something on it to prevent it from scratching up badly.

I and thinking of a body to protect the sides and rear and some sort of really scratch resistant film on the front without compromising touch sensitivity.

I have seen a lot of different products, and I am overwhelmed by the amount of them. Can anyone point me in the "best" direction?

How good is the case apple supplies for the antenna "problem" vs others?

although apples bumper gets some bad press I like mine, I also got a £2 screen and rear film cover from ebay, I'm very happy with the result as I hate big bulky cases, and since I got the bumper free through apples case program its only cost me £2

Are there any pics online showing the actual apple case? I don`t know exactly what it looks like.
