iPhone 4 refuses to copy Video file to PC over 700 Mb

my iPhone 4 has a video of 10 minutes (720 mb) and it refuses to copy to file to my PC nomatter what I do. I can transfer all other files and some are even 560 mb. It just hangs there and does nothing then quits. the file is there is my pictures but its 0 mb
