I couldn't figure out how to report this to Apple, so I thought I'd just post it here. Maybe you guys can confirm this bug as well.
With the iPod playing and set to "Repeat 1 Song," access iTunes and buy a song. The iPod will still say "Repeat 1," but it will go to the next song anyway and then "Repeat 1" that song.
I also get the same bug when I am set to "Repeat 1" and pause in the middle of a song, then continue it later in the day. The "Repeat 1" will still show, but it will go to the next song and "Repeat 1" that song instead. This second condition only happens about 25% of the time, so I'm not sure on the exact conditions to replicate it.
