Had freezing, none working buttons, shutting down when using, apple logo displaying for 10 minutes on each crash. It reached the point I couldn't not use it. Several restores, new phone restores and nothing corrected the issues.

Baton Rouge, LA store exchanged it no questions today in 5 mins.

make sure you are not restoring from a backup...

and are u saying your new phone is havin the same problems as the old one???
 
Just stating I had a hardware problem phone and had no problem with the swap.

Unlike the numerous posts I see slamming Apple for the service. Mine was seamless and was happy with the outcome.

Just posting something positive on a subject I've seen a lot of negative posts on.
