iPhone 4 replacement back cover

Today is not my day, I dropped it once and tadahhh back cover is broken.
1) Can you guys recommend best place where I can get replacement?

2) Also, maybe I shouldn't bother and just bring it to genius and replace it, because proximity sensor is annoying and I am having data lost constantly and get a replacement.

Too late, because user induced damage invalidates the warranty.

If you purchased with a CC that has accidental damage protection, I'd file a claim with the CC company to get reimbursed the $199.
