Iphone 4 Restore from phone question

I have having issues with my jailbroken iphone 4 (4.3.3, FW 04.10.01). i want to restore it back to its original state without itunes forcing me to a new firmware. I know I can update and preserve my firmware but I have had bad experience in the past and would just prefer to just restore back to exactly what it was when I bought it or what it is now. Is this possible? Is there a way to restore from the phone itself?
