Hello,

I have three TV episodes on my iPhone 4 that are "stuck" on the device.

They were purchased on the iPhone, synced to iTunes and later deleted from the iPhone - I also deleted one from iTunes much later.

They do not show the iPhone itself, but appear - greyed out - under TV Shows when I plug the device into my Mac. There is also a greyed out syncing icon beside each video.

I have deleted all videos from the iPhone and the capacity bar shows no videos present, but Other is at 1.07 gigs.

I thought perhaps this may be the problem so I decided maybe I should restore the device and then reinstall my last back up.

However, everytime I clicked the Restore option a message appeared detailing the last iOS update which I have already installed - on the iPhone itself. And the Summary page for my iPhone clearly states my software is up to date.

After several attempts, I decided to proceed, but iTunes just began to download the iOS 5.0.1 update.

I seems I cannot restore my iPhone.

I took the "try turning it off and on again" approach and something did change.

After restarting, when I selected Restore I got the normal option to back up the iPhone before restoring. I then realized that this option hadn't appeared in my previous attempts mentioned above.

Can anybody help?
