Hey all... Just restored my iPhone 4 from a backup of my old 3G, and on the iTunes screen it still shows it as a 3G in the picture... Is that because I restored it instead of set it up as new? Can it be changed?

Cheers

You just created a wormhole somewhere by doing that.

Shame on you sir, shame on you.

;)

For shame :( Ah well, maybe some Kins got melted in the wormhole or something...

Anyone know? Got far too much stuff on my phone to lose if I restore as a new phone :(

I had the wrong image showing in iTunes for the first day. I was running the beta though so that build of iTunes might not have had an image of the 4.

I'll look when I get home but it could be that Apple simply overlooked that detail in iTunes.

That could be the issue, I'm still running the 9.2 Beta... That sound is the penny dropping, btw :)

Cheers bud :)
