My iPhone Is Currently On Recovery Mode, If I Get It In Pwned DFU And Shift+click, I Get Error 1600. If i Just Simply Click, I Get Error 21. Any Help?:confused:
 
Hello.
I had same problem. Are you using MAC or Win? I have MAC and i had problem with restore with my iPhone4 and i had same error code.
Use tiny umbrella to kick iphone from recovery mode an if you have parallels check restore in windows in parallels.
That was reason for me and work it ! :)
