Iphone 4 Return and Eligibility roll back

For those of you who returned your iPhone 4 how soon after was the eligibility set back?
Instantly or 2-3 days or did you have to do something?

If you bought from AT&T store, they can actually do this like immediately. They have ability to push back the upgrade date like right there. Other than that, you have to wait 2-3 business days. I am talking about apple store, Walmart, bestbuy and radioshack. However, you can call customer service and they can speed it up.
