iPhone 4 ringtone

I just bought a ring tone on iTunes on my computer. I didn't have the ringtone pane or whatever checked off so it was added to my general music, so it says I have no ringtones.
When I sync'ed my phone it doesn't register there either.
wondering will I have to re buy or something to use the ringtone?

even if you have to rebuy it, itunes wouldn't recharge you. they're usually pretty cool about that stuff and redownloading it
