Love the new iPhone (loved the 3GS and original iPhone too). VC was something I was excited for in my 3GS but it never worked well.
Now with iPhone 4:

me: "play Shearwater"
iPhone: "calling Glen"
me: no, NO! Don't call Glen, that will be awkward, I haven't spoken to him in a while and it's like 8:30 AM /fumbles for end call button

Hope this works well someday, anyone have better luck?
 
Although unlikely, I wish they assigned "holding Home" to an application of your choice. Then we'd have some good third-party apps that could make a more reliable (and better sounding - listen to Cepstral!) voice recognition apps.
