iPhone 4 runs warm and drain battery fast

It's happened a few times already where my iPhone 4 would run warm and drain the battery quickly. I checked and from SBSettings, I only have Phone and Email running. Memory has over 300MB free. Can I see any hidden process running and their CPU usage? I downloaded System which shows processes but it doesn't show CPU usage per process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
