does anyone else have this problem pictured below? Happens everytime I turn the phone on or off.. I tried a restore, reset, cycle on/off, etc.. didn't fix it. I think it's a hardware defect in the lcd either way though, so I think my only option is a replacement? Phone has never been dropped, or subject to water damage... ever. What do you guys think?
