Iphone 4 screen dead spots

Hello,

I have an Iphone 4 and i'm experiencing some problems with my screen lately.
It started about a week ago, when sometimes some spots on the screen didn't recognize touching. Now i've got the problem more and more and it makes that i can't type properly anymore.
The screen has been replaced by apple 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Can anyone at least tell me what the problem is? Is it a hardware or sofware problem?

I'm running iOs 7.
