My screen goes and stay black during a phone call when the proximity sensor is activated (place near my ear or covering it up with my finger), I can still hear the person on the other line however I can not get the screen to come back on when I touch the screen, the only other thing I could do is to push the lock/sleep button a few times which ends the call and eventually puts me back to the lockscreen.

Using os 4.1 which people claimed has fixed the proximity issue, naked phone (no case/screen protector) and production week 45.

Geez can these apple guys do anything right >.> FML

Take it in. If you can reproduce your problem, apple will replace it. Either that, or they'll tell you to upgrade to 4.2.1.
