iPhone 4 screen shows color patterns

Please see photos, i have this iPhone 4, after I turned it on for 15 minutes, the screens turned out like as shown in these photos.
And now the phone is completely black. I left it charge for a day and now I couldn't even turn it on.
Anyone has this problem before? If so, what could be wrong and could you please help me to fix this?
