Iphone 4 Serial Week Question

Does anyone know starting what week of firmware 4.2 begin ?

i'm looking 4.1 OS only , dont know best buy still selling 4.1 os or 4.2

Probably not much help but I just ordered an iPhone 4 last week. It is week 50 and had 4.2.1 installed.
